Loyalty program rules (Bonus program)

• The text of the Loyalty Program Rules outlined below constitutes a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the Bonus Program) addressed to the clients of the "AppBooster" Program (hereinafter referred to as the Users), operated by LLC "Jusisoft" (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator), to enter into a contract for participation in the Bonus Program in accordance with Clause 2, Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
• The Bonus Program is designed to increase the loyalty of existing clients to the "AppBooster" Program and other products of the Administrator, as well as to attract new clients to the Administrator.
• The terms used in the Bonus Program are interpreted according to the definitions provided in the User Agreement.
• The contract is considered concluded and takes effect from the moment the User performs the actions specified in the Bonus Program, indicating their unconditional acceptance of all the terms of the Bonus Program without any exceptions or limitations on the terms of adhesion. The withdrawal of the Bonus Program offer is not provided for.

01.Terms and definition

• Program – The "AppBooster" Program of the Administrator is intended to automate the User's business processes within the mobile application.
• Account – A unique User account in the Program. It allows the User to access features available to registered Users.
• Promotion – A separate marketing event organized by the Administrator to encourage the User to use the Administrator’s Program, take advantage of the Administrator’s services, attract new clients for the Administrator, and develop the Administrator’s business activities.
• Open Promotion – A Promotion, the terms and participation of which are available to all potential and existing Users of the Program who have agreed to the User Agreement on the Website. The terms of Open Promotions are posted on the Website or other public sources of the Administrator..
• Closed Promotion – A Promotion for which the terms and participation are available to a limited number of existing Users of the Program who meet specific criteria. The Administrator determines the criteria for Users and the terms of the Closed Promotion independently.
• Points – Cashback credited to the User's Virtual Account in the Account for fulfilling the conditions of Promotions.
• Website – The Administrator's web resource, available at: my.appbooster.com.

Any terms and concepts used in the Bonus Program that are not covered in the "Terms and Definitions" section will be interpreted according to the meaning derived from the User Agreement. In the event of any disagreements regarding the interpretation of definitions used in the Bonus Program, the interpretation determined by the Administrator will apply.

02.General provisions of the bonus program

• The Bonus Program is intended for current and new clients of the Administrator who use the features of the Program. .
• The Bonus Program is designed to increase the loyalty of existing clients to the Program and other products of the Administrator, as well as to attract new clients to the Administrator.
• All additional terms of the Promotion, its type (Closed or Open), duration, percentage amount of Points accrual, return periods, and any other additional requirements will be described in the Promotion terms and apply equally unless otherwise specified.
• The validity period of Points accrued from different Promotions may vary. Conditions may change and are not dependent on the type of Promotion.

03.Accrual of points

• Points are credited to the User’s Virtual Account in their Account.
• The amount of Points credited by the Administrator is determined based on the conditions of the specific Promotion.
• If the Promotion involves crediting Points based on a balance top-up, the amount of Points is calculated as a percentage of the total balance top-up for the specified Promotion period. There may also be minimum and maximum amounts of Points awarded. Detailed information on how Points are accrued for a specific Promotion is described in the Promotion terms.
• Points are calculated based on the User's own funds used to top up their Virtual Account. Points are not credited for topping up the Virtual Account with Points (i.e., secondary accrual of Points on already received Points is not allowed).
• If the Promotion involves crediting Points based on advertising campaign expenses, the amount of Points is calculated as a percentage of the total actual expenses incurred by the User during the Promotion period. There may also be minimum and maximum amounts of Points awarded. Detailed information on how Points are accrued for a specific Promotion is described in the Promotion terms.
• The amount of credited Points can be viewed on the “Balance” tab in the User’s Personal Account.

04. Using points

• The credited amount of Points is available for use immediately after being credited to the User's Balance.
• The credited Points can be exchanged by the User for the Administrator's services - "Motiv" (motivated traffic) and/or "Bots" (machine traffic) within the framework of a mobile app promotion campaign in the Program.
• Points do not apply to other types of services within the Program. Points for other types of Administrator services (other than "Motiv" or "Bots") cannot be exchanged unless otherwise specified directly in the Promotion terms.
• The Promotion terms may specify that the credited Points can only cover a certain percentage of the cost of services, rather than the full cost of services.
• When funds are deducted from the User's Virtual Account (balance) as services are provided by the Administrator, Points accrued through the Bonus Program are deducted first.
• Points are credited only to the User's balance within the Program; crediting or refunding to a bank card or bank account is not provided.
• If the User requests a full or partial withdrawal of funds, the Points credited for fulfilling the Promotion conditions will be canceled completely or proportionally to the unfulfilled conditions of the Promotion.
• The validity period of the credited Points depends on the Promotion terms and may be limited. After the validity period expires, the credited Points will be canceled and cannot be used for payment of Administrator services.

05. Dispute resolution

• The User and the Administrator of the Website will attempt to resolve any disputes and disagreements between them through negotiations. If it is not possible to resolve the disputes and disagreements through negotiations, they will be subject to review by the competent court at the location of the Administrator.

06.Other terms

• The Administrator has the right to make changes and additions to the terms of the Bonus Program at any time.
• In the event of changes to the Bonus Program, the Administrator will notify by posting the new version of the Bonus Program on the website https://platform.appbooster.com/
• Additionally, the Administrator may notify Users of the Program about changes to the Bonus Program by providing informational materials.
• The User is obliged to independently monitor changes and additions to the Bonus Program. Actions taken by the User to use the Program after the new version of the Bonus Program comes into effect will be considered as confirmation of the User's agreement with the new version of the Bonus Program.
• The Administrator has the right to exclude any User from participating in the Bonus Program and/or Promotions without prior notice if the User does not comply with the terms of the Bonus Program or Promotion, engages in fraudulent activities, abuses any privileges and/or rewards provided under this Bonus Program, provides misleading information, or uses fraud and/or attempts to manipulate Points.
• The User has the right to terminate their participation in the Bonus Program if they disagree with the terms of the Bonus Program or the changes made to it. The Administrator may send notifications to the User by email or publish them in the Program. The User may unsubscribe from receiving notifications at any time by emailing: [email protected]. The User may contact the Administrator regarding the terms of the Bonus Program and/or Promotion by sending an email to: [email protected]. The invalidity or unenforceability of one or more provisions of the Bonus Program for any reason does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Bonus Program.
